What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They help a site remember certain information between visits — for example, whether you have already seen a notice, or how you prefer to view a page.
Not all cookies are the same. Some are essential for a website to work at all. Others are optional and used to understand how a site is being used or to personalise the experience. This page explains which types we use and gives you the controls to choose what you are comfortable with.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies Always active
These cookies are required for basic website functionality. Without them, certain parts of the site would not work as expected. They cannot be disabled.
- Cookie consent preference storage
- Session stability and security
Duration: Session or up to 12 months
Analytics Cookies Optional
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our site — which pages are visited most often, where people come from, and where they leave. The data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.
- Google Analytics — page views, session duration, referral source
Duration: Up to 14 months
Marketing Cookies Optional
Marketing cookies may be used to understand which content or communication channels bring people to our website. We do not currently run paid advertising campaigns, but this category covers any future use.
- Traffic source tracking
Duration: Up to 90 days
Preference Cookies Optional
These cookies remember settings you have chosen so you do not need to set them again each visit — such as your cookie preferences themselves, or language and display choices.
- User preference storage
Duration: Up to 12 months
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by services that we use to better understand how visitors engage with our site. The main third-party service we use is Google Analytics, which has its own privacy policy and data practices. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not currently use social media tracking pixels or advertising network cookies on this website.
